About Me

Hi, I'm Zara Butti Dip.FH MAFHP MCFHP — a fully qualified Mobile Foot Health Practitioner with over 25 years' experience caring for people's feet in their own homes, care homes and clinics.

I trained at the SMAE Institute, one of the oldest and most respected training establishments for Podiatrists, Chiropodists and Foot Health Practitioners in the UK. I qualified in 2001 as a Surgical Chiropodist and began my career working across Orpington and Dartford in Kent, building a loyal client base and a reputation for calm, thorough and genuinely caring treatment.


More recently, I made the move to Seaford, East Sussex — to be closer to my parents and to bring the same friendly, professional service to this wonderful community. It's a decision I'm really glad I made.

What I Do

As a Community Foot Health Practitioner, I'm proud to be part of the wider Podiatry family. I treat a wide range of common foot conditions including:

• Nail trimming and toenail cutting
• Thickened or ingrown toenails
• Corns and calluses
• Hard skin and cracked heels
• Verrucas and warts
• Fungal toenail infections
• Diabetic foot MOT — including checks on pulses, circulation and the nervous system for Type I and Type II diabetics

While I don't carry out surgical procedures such as toenail removal or bunion correction, I have close working relationships with local NHS Podiatry teams and private Podiatrists, and I'm always happy to refer clients on where needed — completely free of charge.

My Approach

I believe foot care should be relaxed, unhurried and personal. Every appointment is given the time and attention it deserves — no rushing, no clock-watching, just thorough treatment and a friendly face.

I have over 25 years' experience working with older adults, people with reduced mobility and those living with dementia. I understand how important it is to feel safe, comfortable and well looked after — especially when you're receiving care in your own home. My personal experience of dementia within my own family means I approach every visit with real empathy and patience.

Hygiene and Safety

I follow strict hygiene and sterilisation protocols at every visit, and take the safety of my clients extremely seriously. All equipment is professionally cleaned between appointments, and I continue to follow best practice guidelines to ensure every home visit is as safe as possible.

My name is Zara and I am a Qualified and insured Foot Health Practitioner based in Seaford East Sussex. I run a mobile Foot care clinic offering my footcare services to residents and their families in Seaford. For the past 25+  years I have been working in the community as a foot specialists assisting with all foot related conditions. I qualified in 2001 at the SMAE Institute as a surgical Chiropodist and have been practicing since. Attending regular first aid and emergency courses and regular industry courses i keep my experience and knowledge up tocdate.
